SUMMARY:2019 TASP & IPAUSA Joint Conference
DESCRIPTION:I am delighted to be presenting at this year’s joint TASP and
IPAUSA conference!  The Association for the Study of Play (TASP) and the
International Play Association\, USA (IPAUSA) have banded together to pro
duce an exciting 2019 conference on an important topic –  “The Power
of Playful Discourse and Inquiry”. Conference topics will be focused on
exploring ”ways of harnessing the innate\, joyful\, person-driven\, and
character-building potential of play to overcome the suffering and far-rea
ching effects of divisive rhetoric\, anger and despair.”\n\nThis will be
  a solutions-oriented gathering for educators\, researchers\, pra
ctitioners\, activists\, and advocates from a wide ra
nge of disciplines.  The title of my workshop is: "Spiritual Moment
s in Relationship to Naturalistic Play Experiences".\n\nYou can register f
